A comprehensive urine test for environmental toxicants, covering both heavy metals and various organic chemical exposures. This profile looks for metabolites of common pollutants: for example, phthalate metabolites (from plastics), parabens (from cosmetics), VOC metabolites like phenylglyceric acids (from benzene, toluene), organophosphate pesticide metabolites, and heavy metals as well.

By detecting these substances or their breakdown products in urine, the test reveals what toxins the body has recently encountered and is eliminating. Clinically, it is used in patients with unexplained chronic symptoms—like persistent fatigue, autoimmune flares, or cognitive issues—where environmental toxicity is a suspected contributor.
