HOW IT WORKS

  • Submit Form or Contact Admins

    To book you can either fill out the form or reach out to our admins through the hotline, web channels, or by sending an email to mail@medex.co.th. Within the form, you can select from our pre-made packages or, for custom packages, please contact our admins directly.

  • Review Quotation and Place a Deposit

    Once we've received your form submission or inquiry, we'll contact to collect more details and send an email with a quotation. A deposit of 10,000 THB is required to reserve an appointment slot.

  • Simple and Flexible Payment Terms

    A 50% payment is required 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. The remaining balance must be settled within 4 hours after the sample collection. Once the full payment is received, the deposit will be refunded.

  • Lab Results Securely Emailed

    Test results can be sent either directly to the individual or to the company's representatives. If the latter is preferred, we'll need consent from the patients before sharing the results
