We send the results via email directly. To adhere to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may be required to reconfirm your email address or sign a consent form to release your results to third-party, if that is necessary.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

You can make payment by credit card (local debit cards are accepted) on Checkout Page. If your payment fails, please reach us at mail@medex.co.th and we will promptly assist you. Payments over the counter are accepted at some providers.

IS HOME TEST AVAILABLE?

Home test is available. Our medical team can come and collect lab sample at your address within Bangkok and neighboring provinces.

CAN I CHANGE THE BOOKING NAME?

The booking cannot be transferred to another person after the confirmation is issued.
