Sexual health
Confidential STD testing with no ID or passport needed; packages from 1,799 THB. STI-29 PCR (4,500 THB) is MedEx's broadest panel: the 14 infections of STI-14 plus 15 urinary-tract, anaerobic and resistant-yeast organisms, from one urine or swab sample, in Bangkok and selected provinces. Express HIV RNA PCR and STI-14 PCR results in 3–5 hours in Bangkok; at-home PCR kits; HIV PEP and PrEP.

Doctor consultations in person or online (750 THB), medical certificates (work permit, visa, driving licence), doctor home and hotel visits, nurse at home, IV drip therapy, travel vaccinations, imaging referrals and online therapy.

How booking works
- Choose a test, package or service at medex.co.th, or message LINE @medex or WhatsApp.
- Give the sample at a MedEx clinic, a collection site, or at home or your hotel (750 THB per address).
- Results arrive by email in English with reference ranges. Many routine results are same-day; health checkups take 1–3 days; international send-out tests usually take 14–30 days.
Payment: cash, credit and debit cards, QR PromptPay, TrueMoney, Alipay and ShopeePay. Insurance: MedEx provides receipts and medical reports for claims; it does not bill insurers directly.
