The admin provided excellent service and took action after a review that the shop miscommunicated, forcing us to go to a branch that didn't have an x-ray machine. The admin forwarded the matter to the Sathorn branch without any service charge. I was very impressed and will definitely use their services again when I have the chance. They offer health check-ups. The location is convenient and clean. The staff provides excellent service.

This place was recommended to me by a friend who has used their testing services multiple times. Friendly staff is very responsive to WhatsApp messages, so it was easy to engage. Khun Blue was helpful and guided on options. Quick turnaround for their VIP packages, which IMO are reasonably priced and offers peace of mind for any level of concern. Good location between Asoke and Nana BTS, so easy to access.

Customer service agent answered my questions within 5 minutes I first raised the question, and follow up efficiently with all required info, e.g. time, date, what I should do in advance, payment, etc. I was able to arrange an x-ray for my C spine with a friendly price ($1,400 THB) the next day.
