EnviroTOX® (Organic Acids Test + TOXDetect Profile® [includes glyphosate])

This is a mega-panel combining multiple tests into one package using primarily urine (and possibly a hair element test as an option). It includes: an Organic Acids Test (OAT) to assess metabolism and gut health; the TOXDetect panel to find chemical pollutants and pesticide metabolites; the MycoTOX Profile for detecting mold/mycotoxin exposure; and a toxic heavy metals screen (and possibly essential minerals) via urine or hair.

Essentially, it’s an all-in-one evaluation of nearly all possible internal toxins – metabolic byproducts, chemicals, mold toxins, and metals. This “kitchen sink” approach is for complex chronic illness patients who may have multiple overlapping exposures – e.g. a patient with chronic fatigue could have mold in their home (mycotoxins), mercury fillings (metals), and chemical exposure from work, plus metabolic imbalances – this panel would uncover issues in each category.

It guides a very comprehensive detoxification and treatment plan, addressing each category: chelation for metals, antifungals for mycotoxins, supplements for OAT findings, etc. It’s often used when prior simpler tests haven’t pinpointed the cause of illness, or in very sick patients suspected of having environmental illness.
