The staff here are very helpful. The guy with glasses, whose name I can't remember, was very helpful with the documents for my husband.
One thing that this clinic does a great job with is that no matter how hot-headed or angry you are, they will always be polite and courteous to you. Therefore, everyone should be polite to the staff here.

We were visiting Thailand on holiday and my husband was worried he had a blood clot in his leg from the long plane ride. We made a Medex request. The next… More day the kind gentleman at this location got us an appointment for the same day to see a vascular surgeon at his clinic at a reputable hospital nearby and got an ultrasound. Our Medex apt was 10:30am and we were out of the hospital with test results by 1:30pm. Cost 7,000 baht altogether for the doctor's visit and the imaging procedure with results.
