Contacted them through Facebook Messenger and they were immediately helpful. They asked when my flight was scheduled for and let me know that unfortunately… More due to demand, a result would not be guaranteeable until 5 mins after my flight departed. Despite not getting a test through medex, I highly appreciate their honesty in letting me know what they were able to realistically deliver.
We went here on the 30th of December before my travel as we were asked to produce RTPCR before our travel. once we arrived we realised that the covid testing… More facility in the building was going through renovation but nevertheless we were greeted by the staff very courteously. Abhishek took the pains to explain the process and book a slot for us in Piyavte hospital for the same day and also with the directions. They said it would take 24 hours for the result to arrive but within 10 hours we got our results and were fit to fly. When you compare the cost for the RTPCR with a test done in India it may seem a bit pricy but for Bangkok standards it seemed alright. I would definitely recommend this place to book your appointments with hospitals.!
I booked a RTPCR test with them late in the night for morning 8am ,they were very proactive right from the start ,the medtech came promptly on time to… More our hotel room and although I opted for results within 24 hours I got it by 3 pm on the same day . This place worked well for me .The only thing is the costs are very high ,I paid 7500 Bahts for 2 people ! But looks like all places there are expensive so cant blame them !

We were visiting Thailand on holiday and my husband was worried he had a blood clot in his leg from the long plane ride. We made a Medex request. The next… More day the kind gentleman at this location got us an appointment for the same day to see a vascular surgeon at his clinic at a reputable hospital nearby and got an ultrasound. Our Medex apt was 10:30am and we were out of the hospital with test results by 1:30pm. Cost 7,000 baht altogether for the doctor's visit and the imaging procedure with results. Luckily my husband was ok. We are so grateful this service was available on short notice to foreigners.
