Our Medex apt was 10:30am and we were out of the hospital with test results by 1:30pm. Cost 7,000 baht altogether for the doctor's visit and the imaging procedure with results. Luckily my husband was ok. We are so grateful this service was available on short notice to foreigners.

To keep it short she offered to literally *fly* to Phuket from Bangkok to submit my document physically so i won’t miss my deadline without any extra cost!! Florenz is an amazing person and MedEx are lucky to have her there!

I went to do the test as I had a flight in 4 hours I was soo stressed about getting my results in time for my flight.… More Thankfully results came out in an hour and a half. Once I reached the office it took 10 mins max to process my information and do the test. The results were sent to both my Whatsap number and email to ensure it got to me! I highly recommend for fast PCR results and great service.

We went here on the 30th of December before my travel as we were asked to produce RTPCR before our travel. once we arrived we realised that the covid testing… More facility in the building was going through renovation but nevertheless we were greeted by the staff very courteously. Abhishek took the pains to explain the process and book a slot for us in Piyavte hospital for the same day and also with the directions. They said it would take 24 hours for the result to arrive but within 10 hours we got our results and were fit to fly. When you compare the cost for the RTPCR with a test done in India it may seem a bit pricy but for Bangkok standards it seemed alright. I would definitely recommend this place to book your appointments with hospitals.!
Raj at Medex was great! Our tour guide recommended this place and was able to make us an appointment. The process was quick, no waiting in line. Results… More were also given in time. I appreciated being able to communicate with Raj over whatsapp. I would recommend for anyone needing a Rapid antigen test or PCR. Price was also fairly reasonable. 🙂
Contacted them through Facebook Messenger and they were immediately helpful. They asked when my flight was scheduled for and let me know that unfortunately… More due to demand, a result would not be guaranteeable until 5 mins after my flight departed. Despite not getting a test through medex, I highly appreciate their honesty in letting me know what they were able to realistically deliver.
I truly appreciated the effort and help from all the MedEx colleagues. At first, I was in a rush to get a PCR test result after 6pm which many other clinics… More or laboratories were already closed. I was truly thankful that the colleagues were still waiting for me during 8pm when it supposed to be closed already.
