PCR RESULTS IN 1-24 HOURS

PCR test results are available within 1 to 24 hours. You can choose the test option based on your turnaround time requirement. Prices vary based on the test reporting urgency. Antigen Test Results are usually available within 15 minutes at most of the test centers.

BOOK ANYDAY, ANYTIME

Most of our test centers are open everyday including on weekends and public holidays. The operational hours vary by location. Please note testing is by prior appointment only and pre-payment is mandatory.

CERTIFICATES FOR TRAVEL

Medical Certificate or Fit to Fly Certificate signed by an on-site doctor is emailed and made available for pickup or express bike delivery, if you choose to receive the additional document. Doctor Fees and Nursing Service Fees are included in the packages.

RESULTS EMAILED & DELIVERED

The lab report and certificate are emailed to you as soon as they are ready. If you would like to have originals as well, we can arrange express bike delivery.

    I booked a RTPCR test with them late in the night for morning 8am ,they were very proactive right from the start ,the medtech came promptly on time to … More our hotel room and although I opted for results within 24 hours I got it by 3 pm on the same day . This place worked well for me .The only thing is the costs are very high ,I paid 7500 Bahts for 2 people ! But looks like all places there are expensive so cant blame them !

Our test is for the detection of a novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) RNA using quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR) technique. With use of multiplex real-time PCR technology, the in vitro diagnostic kit used in the test can detect the presence or absence of viral RNA focusing on 2 targeted genes: ORF1ab and N. Signals can be detected based on the validated Taqman probes of those targeted genes during the amplification process. DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Prior appointment and pre-payment is must except at MedEx Sukhumvit 13 Test Center.

Booking can be made either by filling the form on this page or via email and official online messenger channels.

To make an appointment online:
1. Fill all the requested information in this form and Submit.
2. Pay by Card or Online Wallets on Checkout Page to which you will be redirected after submitting the form.

You will receive an automated email from mail@medex.co.th if your booking request is successful. A confirmation email is sent to you automatically upon successful payment with test center details. For on-demand location tests, the confirmation is emailed within 1-4 hours.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

Schedule can be changed only once until 24 hours before the confirmed schedule.

DO I NEED TO TEST FOR FLIGHT?

COVID-19 Travel Test Requirements vary by destination country, and most of the destinations have uplifted the requirement for vaccinated travelers. You can check the travel requirements at this link.

WHAT TO DO IF CARD DOESN'T WORK?

You can return back to Checkout Page and try alternative payment method. Currently two payment gateways are enabled. If your cart is empty, you can search QuickPay Links at this page. Click on the appropriate URL and make payment. For QuickPay, payment proof must be emailed to mail@medex.co.th.

CAN I CHANGE THE BOOKING NAME?

The booking cannot be transferred to another person after the confirmation is issued.

CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Appointment can be canceled as per our Return and Refund Policy. By making an appointment you agree to the policy and Terms of Use of our website.

CAN I PAY THE FEES BY WIRE TRANSFER?

We accept SWIFT transfer (SWIFT Code: KASITHBKXXX). However, the payment must arrive at least 24 hours before your appointment schedule to our account. Transferwise (Wise) payment is recommended for quicker transfer. We do not accept PayPal. Please make sure to cover all fees associated with such transfers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I TEST POSITIVE?

In the case that the virus is detected, we recommend you to self-isolate for 7 days.

What does it mean to self-isolate?

Self-isolation is an important measure taken by those who have COVID-19 symptoms to avoid infecting others in the community, including family members. Self-isolation is when a person who is experiencing fever, cough or other COVID-19 symptoms stays at home and does not go to work, school or public places. You should seek medical care if you experience severe symptoms. Our care coordinators are standby to assist.
