MEDEX IMAGING SERVICES
Need an MRI, CT scan, ultrasound or other diagnostic imaging in Bangkok? MedEx helps make the process easier by connecting patients with suitable imaging providers, coordinating appointments and helping you receive your imaging report digitally.
A Simpler Way to Arrange Medical Imaging in Bangkok
Medical imaging is an important part of diagnosing and monitoring many health conditions, but arranging a scan can sometimes be complicated. Different hospitals and imaging centres may offer different machines, appointment schedules, prices and preparation requirements.
MedEx does not operate MRI, CT, ultrasound or other imaging machines directly. Instead, our team works with imaging centres and healthcare providers to help patients find an appropriate option and coordinate the process.
This can be particularly useful for international patients, expatriates, tourists and anyone who wants one point of contact instead of calling several hospitals or diagnostic centres individually.

Why Arrange Your Imaging Through MedEx?
Our role is to make the process between you and the imaging provider simpler. From choosing a suitable centre to receiving your report, you have one team to contact.
One Contact Point for Your Entire Booking
Instead of contacting several hospitals or imaging centres yourself, contact MedEx once. Our team can help coordinate the provider, appointment, location, price and booking information.
Help Finding a Suitable Imaging Centre
Different centres may have different equipment, prices, locations and appointment availability. MedEx can help identify an appropriate provider based on the scan requested, preferred location, budget and available appointment times.
Easier Appointment Coordination
You do not need to spend time contacting multiple providers to ask about available slots. MedEx can coordinate with the imaging provider and help arrange an appointment that works for you.
Receive Your E-Report Digitally
Once your imaging report is available, MedEx can help coordinate your electronic report and send it to you through convenient channels such as email, WhatsApp or other supported communication channels.
This is especially useful for international patients. You can keep a digital copy and easily forward the report to your own doctor, specialist or healthcare provider in another country.
No Imaging Referral Yet? We Can Help
Some imaging centres require a doctor’s referral or imaging prescription before performing certain scans. If you do not already have one, MedEx can help arrange a doctor review.
Where clinically appropriate, the required imaging referral or prescription can be provided at no additional charge. This can save you from arranging a separate appointment simply to obtain the imaging request.
Support Before and After Your Scan
Our team can help confirm your appointment information, preparation requirements and documents before the scan. After the examination, we can also help follow up with the imaging provider regarding your report.

Useful for International Patients in Thailand
If you are visiting Bangkok or living in Thailand temporarily, receiving imaging locally does not mean your medical care has to remain in Thailand. Digital reports make it easier to continue your care after travelling home.
Once available, your e-report can be delivered electronically and forwarded to your doctor or specialist overseas. This can be particularly helpful for patients who are travelling, seeking a second opinion or continuing treatment in another country.
Need an MRI, CT Scan or Ultrasound in Bangkok?
Contact MedEx with the scan you need or send us your doctor’s imaging request. Our team can help coordinate the provider, appointment and digital report for you.
Important: MedEx coordinates imaging appointments with third-party imaging centres and healthcare providers and does not perform these scans directly. The appropriate imaging examination should be determined according to clinical requirements. Provider availability, additional contrast material, specialised protocols or other medically required services may affect the final price. A doctor referral or prescription is issued only where medically appropriate following the required clinical review.
