Submit Form or Contact Admins
To book, fill out the form or reach our admins via hotline, web channels, or at mail@medex.co.th. Select from our pre-made packages or contact admins directly for a custom package.
Step 02
Review Quotation and Place a Deposit
After receiving your submission or inquiry, we'll collect further details and send a quotation by email. A deposit of 10,000 THB is required to secure your appointment slot.
Step 03
Simple and Flexible Payment Terms
A 50% payment is due 24 hours before your appointment. The remaining balance must be settled within 4 hours after sample collection. Your deposit is refunded once full payment is received.
Step 04
Lab Results Securely Emailed
Results are sent directly to individuals or to the company's representatives. If shared with a representative, written consent from the patient is required before results are released.

What is included in the corporate health checkup packages?
The Basic package includes CBC, liver function, kidney function, blood sugar, cholesterol panel, and urinalysis. The Standard package adds thyroid function, hepatitis B screening, chest X-ray, and additional markers.
The Ultimate package includes everything in Standard plus cancer markers (PSA/Pap smear), comprehensive cardiac risk panel, and additional specialized tests. All packages include result interpretation by a licensed physician.
How quickly do we receive the results?
Most lab results are available within 24–48 hours after sample collection. Express options are available for critical biomarkers with same-day results. Results are securely emailed as detailed PDF reports to individual employees or the company’s designated HR representative (with employee consent).
Is this service available outside Bangkok?
Absolutely. MedEx operates across 30+ provinces in Thailand including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, Koh Samui, Hua Hin, Rayong, Udon Thani, and more. Our pricing is standardized nationally — no extra fees for locations outside Bangkok.
What is the minimum number of employees required?
There is no strict minimum. Group pricing applies for 10 or more employees. For smaller groups of 1–9 people, individual pricing starts at 1,499 THB/person for the Basic package. We accommodate companies of all sizes.
What lab standards does MedEx use?
MedEx operates its own in-house laboratory equipped with validated medical-grade instruments and rigorous quality control protocols, ensuring accurate and reliable test results with fast turnaround times.
Can we customize the checkup package for our company?
Yes. MedEx offers over 3,000 biomarkers. You can work with our team to build a fully customized health screening program based on your employees’ job profiles, risk factors, and budget.
