The sales team responded timely as we worked through details and the technical staff who did the testing were polite, efficient with our time and performed the nasal swabbing as would be expected by those familiar with testing. Emailing results and online payment with card made working with MEDEX a welcome pleasure so we could focus on our conference. Highly recommend this group for testing in Bangkok!

  To keep it short she offered to literally *fly* to Phuket from Bangkok to submit my document physically so i won’t miss my deadline without any extra cost!! Florenz is an amazing person and MedEx are lucky to have her there!

  We went here on the 30th of December before my travel as we were asked to produce RTPCR before our travel. once we arrived we realised that the covid testing … More facility in the building was going through renovation but nevertheless we were greeted by the staff very courteously. Abhishek took the pains to explain the process and book a slot for us in Piyavte hospital for the same day and also with the directions. They said it would take 24 hours for the result to arrive but within 10 hours we got our results and were fit to fly. When you compare the cost for the RTPCR with a test done in India it may seem a bit pricy but for Bangkok standards it seemed alright. I would definitely recommend this place to book your appointments with hospitals.!

I went to do the test as I had a flight in 4 hours I was soo stressed about getting my results in time for my flight. … More Thankfully results came out in an hour and a half. Once I reached the office it took 10 mins max to process my information and do the test. The results were sent to both my Whatsap number and email to ensure it got to me! I highly recommend for fast PCR results and great service.
