3.6 如果我们的合作商店、诊所或医院无法向已付款的客户提供套餐，公司可以全额退款。.

3.7 我们无法退还直接支付给合作服务商的款项。如果您对合作服务商提供的服务不满意，请发送邮件至 [email protected] 并详细说明您的问题。我们将把您的投诉提交给服务商，尽力解决问题并采取必要的措施。.

取消商品订单的截止日期为收到商品后 7 天，或者您指定的非承运人的第三方接收已交付的商品后 7 天。.

包裹类商品将在预约日期后的45-60天内退款，商品类商品将在我们收到退回商品后的45-60天内退款。我们将使用您下单时使用的相同支付方式进行退款，因此您可能需要支付额外的手续费。退款金额需扣除交易手续费和换货手续费。.

5. 退货
