クラミジアとは何ですか？

クラミジアは、クラミジア・トラコマチス菌によって引き起こされる一般的な性感染症（STI）です。主に感染したパートナーとの膣性交、肛門性交、オーラルセックスによって感染し、出産時に感染した母親から赤ちゃんに感染することもあります。

  • 注文とは 、当社から製品またはパッケージを取得するためにお客様が行う有料のリクエストのことです。

  • お客様とは 、本サービスにアクセスまたは使用する個人、またはその個人が本サービスにアクセスまたは使用する会社またはその他の法人を指します。

3. ご注文のキャンセル権

お客様には、以下の条件に従ってパッケージの注文をキャンセルする権利があります。

3.1 お支払いいただいた翌日の午後4時（GMT+7）までにご注文をキャンセルされた場合、80%の払い戻しを受けることができます。例えば、2022年3月25日午前10時にご予約いただいた後、2022年3月26日午後4時までにご連絡いただければ、80%の払い戻しを受けることができます。.

3.2 予約日前日の午後4時（GMT+7）までにご注文をキャンセルされた場合、50%の払い戻しを受けることができます。例えば、3月29日午前10時に検査を予約した場合、2022年3月28日午後4時までに検査機関にご連絡いただければ、キャンセルして50%の払い戻しを受けることができます。.

3.3 予約日前日の午後 4 時 (GMT+7) 以降に注文をキャンセルした場合、払い戻しはできません。.

3.4 返金請求時間が、お支払い日の翌日の午後4時（GMT+7）前と予約日の前日の午後4時（GMT+7）前の両方である場合は、後者の条件が適用されます。.

3.5 お客様が全額返金を要求し、予期せぬ健康状態によりパッケージがお客様に適さないことを証明する診断書を提出した場合、当社はお客様に全額返金することができます。.

3.6 弊社の提携ショップ、クリニック、または病院が、代金をお支払いいただいたお客様にパッケージを提供できない場合、弊社は全額返金いたします。.

3.7 弊社は、提携サービスへの直接のお支払いについては返金いたしかねます。提携サービスにご満足いただけない場合は、 [email protected] 、問題点をお知らせください。弊社は、問題解決と必要な措置を講じるため、苦情をサービス提供者に伝達いたします。

当社は、サービス向上のため、キャンセル理由その他の事由についてお伺いすることがありますのでご了承ください。.

商品の注文をキャンセルできる期限は、お客様が商品を受け取ってから、または運送業者以外のお客様が指定した第三者が配送された商品を受け取った日から 7 日後です。.

キャンセル権を行使するには、書面にて当社に通知する必要があります。お客様は、以下の方法で当社にキャンセルの意思を通知することができます。

4. 払い戻し期間

パッケージ商品の場合はご予約日から45～60日以内、商品商品の場合は返品商品を受領した日から45～60日以内に返金いたします。ご注文時にご利用いただいたお支払い方法と同じ方法で返金いたします。そのため、追加の手数料が発生する場合がございます。返金には取引手数料と為替手数料が適用されます。.

5. 商品の返品

商品を当社に返送する際の費用とリスクはお客様のご負担となります。商品は下記の住所までご返送ください。

商品が購入時にギフトとしてマークされ、直接お客様に発送された場合、返品された商品の金額に相当するギフトクレジットをお受け取りいただけます。返品された商品が受領され次第、ギフト券を郵送いたします。.

商品が購入時にギフトとしてマークされていなかった場合、またはギフトの贈り主が注文を自分宛に発送し、後でお客様に渡していた場合、当社はギフトの贈り主に対して払い戻しを行います。.

7. 返品条件
