임질 소개

3. 주문 취소 권리

다음 조건에 따라 패키지 주문을 취소할 권리가 있습니다

3.1 결제 후 다음 날 오후 4시(GMT+7) 이전에 주문을 취소하시면 80% 환불을 받으실 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 2022년 3월 25일 오전 10시에 예약을 완료한 후 취소하고 싶으시다면, 2022년 3월 26일 오후 4시 이전에 회사에 알려주시면 80% 환불을 받으실 수 있습니다.

3.2 예약일 하루 전 오후 4시(GMT+7) 이전에 예약을 취소하시면 50% 환불을 받으실 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 3월 29일 오전 10시에 검사를 예약하신 경우, 2022년 3월 28일 오후 4시까지 검사 기관에 알려주시면 취소 후 50% 환불을 받으실 수 있습니다.

3.3 예약일 하루 전 오후 4시(GMT+7) 이후에 주문을 취소하는 경우 환불이 불가능합니다.

3.4 환불 요청 시간이 결제 후 다음 날 오후 4시(GMT+7) 이전이거나 예약일 하루 전 오후 4시(GMT+7) 이전인 경우, 후자의 조건이 적용됩니다.

3.5 예기치 못한 건강상의 문제로 인해 해당 패키지가 적합하지 않다는 것을 증명하는 진단서를 제출하고 전액 환불을 요청하시면, 회사는 전액 환불해 드릴 수 있습니다.

3.6 만약 당사 제휴 매장, 병원 또는 클리닉이 고객이 이미 결제한 패키지 상품을 제공할 수 없는 경우, 당사는 전액 환불해 드립니다.

3.7 당사 제휴 서비스 업체에 직접 지불하신 금액은 환불해 드릴 수 없습니다. 제휴 서비스 업체의 서비스에 불만 사항이 있으시면 [email protected]로 문의해 주십시오. 문제 해결 및 필요한 조치를 위해 해당 업체에 문의 사항을 전달하겠습니다.

당사는 서비스 개선을 위해 취소 사유 또는 기타 사유를 요청할 수 있음을 알려드립니다.

상품 주문 취소 기한은 상품을 수령한 날 또는 운송업체가 아닌 귀하가 지정한 제3자가 배송된 상품을 인수한 날로부터 7일입니다.

취소권을 행사하시려면 서면으로 저희에게 알려주셔야 합니다. 다음 방법으로 저희에게 의사를 전달하실 수 있습니다

4. 환불 기간

패키지 상품의 경우 예약일로부터 45~60일 이내에, 상품의 경우 반품된 상품을 수령한 날로부터 45~60일 이내에 환불해 드립니다. 주문 시 사용하신 결제 수단으로 환불이 진행되며, 이로 인해 추가 수수료가 발생할 수 있습니다. 환불 금액에는 거래 및 교환 수수료가 포함됩니다.

5. 상품 반품

상품 반송에 따른 비용과 위험은 고객님께서 부담하셔야 합니다. 상품은 다음 주소로 보내주시기 바랍니다

반송 과정에서 상품이 파손되거나 분실된 경우 당사는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 따라서 보험 가입 및 추적 가능한 배송 서비스를 이용하시는 것을 권장합니다. 상품이 당사에 도착하거나 반송 배송 완료 증빙 자료가 없는 경우 환불 처리가 불가능합니다.

6. 선물

구매 시 상품이 선물로 표시되어 고객님께 직접 배송된 경우, 반품 금액 상당의 기프트 크레딧을 받으실 수 있습니다. 반품된 상품이 도착하면 기프트 상품권이 우편으로 발송됩니다.

구매 시 상품이 선물로 표시되지 않았거나, 선물을 주는 사람이 상품을 직접 배송받아 나중에 귀하에게 전달한 경우, 환불은 선물을 준 사람에게 이루어집니다.

7. 반품 조건
