1. Interpretación

El significado de las palabras con la primera letra en mayúscula se define a continuación. Las siguientes definiciones tendrán el mismo significado independientemente de si aparecen en singular o en plural.

A los efectos de esta Política de Reembolso y Devolución:

  • La Compañía (denominada en este Acuerdo como “la Compañía”, “Nosotros” o “Nuestro”) se refiere a MedEx Ventures Co., Ltd., 10-95/97 Trendy Building, 6th Floor, Soi Sukhumvit 13 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110.
  • El servicio se refiere al sitio web
  • Los paquetes son la asistencia médica y no médica proporcionada por nuestras instalaciones o las instalaciones de nuestros proveedores asociados como parte del Servicio, tales como citas y tratamientos programados en el Servicio que pueden canjearse en cualquiera de ellos.
  • Los bienes se refieren a los artículos físicos ofrecidos para la venta en el Servicio.
  • Los pedidos son cualquier solicitud pagada que usted realiza para adquirir Productos o Paquetes de nosotros.

  • Usted significa el individuo que accede o utiliza el Servicio, o la empresa u otra entidad legal en nombre de la cual dicho individuo accede o utiliza el Servicio, según corresponda.

3. Sus derechos de cancelación de pedidos

Tiene derecho a cancelar su pedido de paquetes según los siguientes términos:

3.1 Si cancela un pedido antes de las 16:00 (GMT+7) del día siguiente a realizar el pago, puede recibir un reembolso del 80 %. Por ejemplo, si desea cancelar su reserva, por ejemplo, después de realizarla el 25 de marzo de 2022 a las 10:00, puede hacerlo y recibir un reembolso del 80 % si notifica a la empresa antes de las 16:00 del 26 de marzo de 2022.

3.2 Si cancela un pedido antes de las 16:00 (GMT+7) del día anterior a la cita, recibirá un reembolso del 50 %. Por ejemplo, si programó una prueba de laboratorio para el 29 de marzo a las 10:00, puede cancelar y recibir un reembolso del 50 % si notifica al laboratorio antes de las 16:00 del 28 de marzo de 2022.

3.3 No se permitirá el reembolso si cancela el pedido después de las 4:00 p. m. (GMT+7) un día antes de la fecha de la cita.

3.4 En caso de que la hora de solicitud de reembolso sea tanto antes de las 16:00 (GMT+7) del día siguiente de realizar el pago como antes de las 16:00 (GMT+7) del día anterior a la fecha de la cita, se aplicará la condición de esta última.

3.5 Si solicita un reembolso completo y presenta un certificado médico que certifique que el Paquete no es apto para usted debido a una condición médica imprevista, la Compañía puede otorgarle un reembolso completo.

3.6 Si nuestra tienda asociada, clínica u hospital no puede proporcionar Paquetes a los clientes que los han pagado, la Compañía puede otorgar un reembolso completo.

3.7 No podemos devolver los pagos realizados directamente a nuestro servicio asociado. Si no está satisfecho con el servicio de nuestros socios, contáctenos en [email protected] con una explicación del problema. Escalaremos la queja al proveedor para intentar solucionar el problema y tomar las medidas necesarias.

Tenga en cuenta que la Compañía le solicitará los motivos de cancelación u otras causas para que podamos mejorar nuestro servicio.

El plazo para cancelar un Pedido de Productos es de 7 días desde que usted recibe el producto o desde que un tercero por usted designado, que no sea el transportista, toma posesión de los productos entregados.

Para ejercer su derecho de cancelación, deberá notificarnos por escrito. Puede informarnos de su decisión mediante:

4. Plazo de reembolso

Le reembolsaremos el importe en un plazo de 45 a 60 días a partir de la fecha de la cita para los Paquetes o del día en que recibamos los artículos devueltos, en el caso de los Productos. Utilizaremos el mismo método de pago que utilizó para su Pedido, por lo que podrían aplicarse cargos adicionales. Los reembolsos están sujetos a las comisiones de transacción y cambio.

5. Devolución de mercancías

Usted es responsable del coste y el riesgo de devolvernos los Productos. Debe enviar los Productos a la siguiente dirección:

6. Regalos

Si los productos se marcaron como regalo al momento de la compra y se enviaron directamente a usted, recibirá un crédito de regalo por el valor de su devolución. Una vez recibido el producto devuelto, se le enviará un certificado de regalo por correo.

Si los Productos no fueron marcados como regalo cuando se compraron, o si el donante hizo que le enviaran el Pedido a sí mismo para entregárselo más tarde, le enviaremos el reembolso al donante.

7. Condiciones de devolución

Para que los productos sean elegibles para una devolución, asegúrese de que:
