The staff here are very helpful. The guy with glasses, whose name I can't remember, was very helpful with the documents for my husband.

Not gonna lie, the window between doing the tests and waiting for the results were hell as I wasn’t sure whether or not my life will be changed by a stupid mistake that I made. Contacted them through Facebook Messenger and they were immediately helpful. We went here on the 30th of December before my travel as we were asked to produce RTPCR before our travel. once we arrived we realised that the covid testing… More facility in the building was going through renovation but nevertheless we were greeted by the staff very courteously. Abhishek took the pains to explain the process and book a slot for us in Piyavte hospital for the same day and also with the directions. They said it would take 24 hours for the result to arrive but within 10 hours we got our results and were fit to fly. When you compare the cost for the RTPCR with a test done in India it may seem a bit pricy but for Bangkok standards it seemed alright. I would definitely recommend this place to book your appointments with hospitals.!
I truly appreciated the effort and help from all the MedEx colleagues. At first, I was in a rush to get a PCR test result after 6pm which many other clinics… More or laboratories were already closed.
